Before booking your appointment please read the following:

At Tasha's Tale Dog Grooming my number one priority is your pet. Please ensure your pet is in good health and free of any communicable disease or infection. If your pet is under the weather such as coughing, sneezing or showing signs of a possible eye infection please wait until they are feeling better before you book. If your pet becomes ill prior to your appointment please call and we can reschedule. There is no charge for rescheduling.

Fleas:

If while in the middle of grooming it is discovered your pet has fleas you will be called and asked if you would like a flea treatment at the charge of $10.00 on top of the cost of the regular groom. Alternatively you have the option to say no but at that time the groom will be finished until proper treatment is done. Full payment will be due at time of pick up.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel for what ever reason please call 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please be on time for your appointment so as to not encroach on the next customers time.

Appointment times:

 Appointments roughly take 2 hours to give me enough time to make your pet look and feel their best. I will call or text you as soon as your pet is ready to go home. I will book appointments 30 minutes apart to ensure you are not feeling rushed with another person coming in.

Payments:

Cash, all major credit card payments are accepted. E-transfer payment is also accepted but must be completed before leaving with pet. Payment is due upon pet pick up.
